PhraseRack（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーの個人情報を一切取得しません。本アプリに登録された定型文、カテゴリ、カスタム変数などのデータは、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、外部のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号など）を取得しません。また、アクセス解析ツールや広告SDKなどの第三者サービスも使用しておらず、トラッキングも行いません。
本アプリはカスタムキーボード機能を提供しますが、キーボードのフルアクセス権限を要求しません。キーボードを通じてユーザーが入力した内容を記録・収集・送信することはありません。
本アプリのデータはすべて端末内に保存されます。バックアップ機能によりデータをJSONファイルとしてエクスポートできますが、このファイルの管理はユーザー自身の責任となります。
本アプリはユーザーの情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく場合はこの限りではありません。
本ポリシーは日本法に準拠し、日本法に従い解釈されるものとします。
本ポリシーの内容は、変更の内容が合理的な範囲において、法令その他の事情により、ユーザーに通知することなく変更できるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

PhraseRack
PhraseRack (hereinafter "the App") does not collect any personal information from users. All data registered in the App, including phrases, categories, and custom variables, is stored solely on the user's device and is never transmitted to external servers.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers). The App does not use any third-party services such as analytics tools or advertising SDKs, and does not perform any tracking.
The App provides a custom keyboard feature, but does not request Full Access permission. It does not record, collect, or transmit any content entered through the keyboard.
All App data is stored on the user's device. While users can export data as a JSON file using the backup feature, the management of this file is the user's responsibility.
The App does not disclose user information to any third parties, except as required by law.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
This policy may be changed without prior notice to users, provided that the changes are reasonable, due to legal requirements or other circumstances. The revised privacy policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this page.
